7. Pulled Thread Embroidery

8. Drawn Thread Embroidery

This embroidery is a counted thread embroidery that is used to create open and airy designs in the space created by drawing or removing threads from the basic fabric. Here the fabric threads are clipped and removed. The remaining fabric threads are secured with decorative stitches. In this, the simplest form is hemstitching which is used to secure hems.

9. Huck Embroidery

Huck embroidery is also known as Huck weaving or Swedish Huck embroidery. It blends a bit of surface embroidery with weaving. This name comes from huck cloth and this type of embroidery originated in Sweden. It is most often seen on towels and table linens.
