1. Returns
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges however we offer free corrections in case the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 82353-24827 or info@needlesnthimbles.com with details of the product and the defect within 7 Days of product received.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email/SMS/Phone Call , within 24-48 hrs, whether you are entitled for free correction of defect, As all products sold by Needles & Thimbles LLP are made on order and keeping client specification in mind.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
Items worn once
Alteration done by someone other than Needles & Thimbles LLP Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to your purchase during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
2. Exceptions
1. Order Cancelled – Incase of order been cancelled after placing, there will a 50% deduction from total value
2. Order Cancelled – Incase order is cancelled when the tailor is visiting the customer, a deduction of Rs 250 would be done from the total value
3. No cash refunds – Refunds are made in form of Credit Notes/Credit Voucher/Or In Form Of N&T Money: Which is only redeemable with Needles & Thimbles LLP
